Directions

Mix 1 teaspoon matcha (green tea) powder with 1 tablespoon unpasteurized honey to make a paste. Whisk in 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup hot * milk. Adjust for personal taste.
* I add cold milk then heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
