1/3 c bisquick heart smart
2 tbsp egg beaters
1 tbsp water
1 tsp evoo
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c green pepper, thin strips
1/4 c onion, thin slices
1/2 c cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/2 c diced tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
1tsp basil
1/4 c reduced fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Makes 2 servings
preheat oven to 400 degrees
8x4 loaf pan, spritz w/ nonstick spray
mix bisquick, egg, water & garlic. pour into pan.
in a nonstick skillet cook pepper & onion until tender w/ 1 tsp evoo. stir in tomatoes, oregano, basil & shredded chicken. cook until hot.
spoon mix over batter & top w/ cheese
cook 20-23 mins or until golden brown
