Ingredients

    2 6 oz. cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
    1 can white northern beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 c. sliced red onions
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 mini dill pickles, diced
    2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    squeeze of lemon juice
    freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Makes 8 1/2-cup servings.
