I used to love Spinich and Ricotta stuffed pizza with tomato sause on top since I cant have it anymore I make this to satisfy that Craving It is really Yummy. Ingredients

    1 pakg of chopped frozen spinich
    1 cup Ricotta Cheese
    1 cup Brocoli Florets
    2 Chicken Breasts cut up
    1 15 oz can diced tomatos
    5 gloves of Garlic
    1 cup diced onion
    1 tbsOragino
    1tbs Basil,
    crushed red peppers to cooks choice

Directions

in a skillit cook the chicken with the onions and garlic till almost done. add the spinich, Brocoli, tomatos and spices simmer till chicken is cooked add ricotta cheese simmer a few more min. till every thing Marries
while chicken is cooking cook pasta serve over cooked pasta enjoy
