Ingredients

    6 medium (4 large) ripe tomatoes
    10 leaves of fresh basil, chopped
    1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2%
    1 cup hellman's light mayonnaise
    1 9 inch, prebaked pie shell
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer tomato slices and basil in pie shell. Add salt and pepper to taste. MIx together grated cheese and mayonnaise. Spread on top of tomatoes. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

Makes 6 servings.
