Ingredients

    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Mushroom Broth, 1 box (32 oz.)
    1 cup fresh mushrooms
    1 can great northern beans
    7 scallions

Directions

Makes 5 1-cup servings.

Place mushroom broth in a medium pot.
Add rinsed and drained beans.
Bring to a simmer while chopping the mushrooms and scallions.
Add mushrooms and scallions.
Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes or until beans are warmed through.
