    3/4 cup peanut butter
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    8 oz cream chees, softened
    2 tbsp unsalted butter
    1 lb melting chocolate


Cream all ingredients together with a mixer. Roll into egg shapes and place in the refridgerator to firm up. Melt chocolate. Dip eggs one at a time and place them on wax paper to harden
