Introduction

This is a ridiculously simple recipe, but its pretty healthy and the sesame oil makes a big difference as far as taste! It is pretty expensive, but lasts forever (especially since you don't need to use very much in this recipe). Ingredients

    About 12 brussel sprouts, cut off of stalk and halved
    1 tsp sesame oil
    salt and pepper to taste (using coarsely ground salt and pepper suits this recipe best)

Directions

Could probably serve 2 as a side dish, but I am alone and eat it all by myself :-\

Cook in 350 oven until browned and toasty, about 15 minutes
