Introduction

This smoothie is absolutely delicious and HUGE! I eat this as a replacement for lunch many days. This could easily make two small / medium sized smoothies for snacks or one meal replacement.

Ingredients

    6 oz No Sugar Added Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt (I use Publix brand)
    1 C frozen Strawberries
    1 Frozen Banana in chunks (make sure it's frozen - this removes the need for ice cubes)
    1/2 C Frozen Blueberries
    1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, I use Vanilla Creme by Pure Protein
    2 TBS Flaxseed Meal
    2 C or 2 handfuls of fresh spinach or 1/2 c frozen spinach

Directions

Put everything into a full sized blender and process until smoothie and creamy
