Ingredients

6 oz /container Yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup egg beater (or 2 egg whites)
1/3 cup white granulated sugar
1/3 cup Twin white sugar substitute
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals (optional)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt sense (low sodium or omit)
**Powdered Sugar to shake
**Butter-flavored cooking spray
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 x 8 pan with cooking spray
In a medium bowl mix yogurt, vanilla, egg beater and both sugars together until they are well blended and set aside. In separate bowl sift together flours, cocoa powder, instant coffee, baking powder and salt. Then add dry ingredients into wet mixture stirring until no lumps remain. Add in walnuts, then pour batter into 8 x 8 prepared pan. Bake brownies 22 - 24 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out dry. Allow brownies to cool in pan before cutting. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
