Introduction

A low calorie alternative to chicken salad or tuna salad! A low calorie alternative to chicken salad or tuna salad!

Ingredients

    1 3/4 cup pink beans (smashed, but measured whole)
    1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
    3 large green onions (chopped)
    10 pickles (diced)

    2 T Parmesan cheese
    2 T lite ranch
    2 T ketchup
    2 T mustard
    4 T lite miracle whip

    (if you want it soupier add 2 T pickle juice)

Directions

Chop the onions and pickles and smash the beans, measure everything into a bowl big enough to stir in. Mix well and it's ready!
