Ingredients

    1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
    1/2 Large Onion, Chopped
    1 Clove Garlic, Minced
    1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1 Tbs Olive Oil
    1 (26 oz) Jar light Pasta Sauce
    8 oz Rotini Pasta, Cooked and drained
    2.5 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
    4 oz Turkey Pepperoni

Directions

Makes 8 large serving
1. Brown ground turkey, onion, garlic and seasoning in oil.
2. Drain
3. Stir in pasta, sauce and 1.5 cups of cheese
4. Place in greased 9x13x2 baking pan or 2 square pans.
5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese
6. Top with pepperoni
7. Back uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until heated through.
