Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
Pineapple, fresh, 1 fruit cored and cut to fit in blender for easier blending
Banana, fresh, and frozen 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
fage total 0% all natural-nonfat greek strained yogurt 5.3 oz serving, 1 serving
celestial seasonings zingers to go tangerine orange wave herb tea, 1packet, 2 serving
Directions
this makes 4 sixteen ounce servings.
Make sure the banana is frozen solid as it takes the place of ice and makes smoothies thicker.
Put all ingrediants in the blender and blend until your desire texture, you can add ice if you wish colder and thicker.
note: depending on how sweet you like things, you may want to add a sweetner such as splena, equal, or sweet n low.
I drink it with no added sweetners.
