Introduction

This is the lower fat and lower sugar version of my regular "Fluff" recipe This is the lower fat and lower sugar version of my regular "Fluff" recipe
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    * Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Gelatin (Jello) prepared with water, reduced calorie, with aspartame, 1 package (0.35 oz)
    * Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Cool Whip Lite, 6 serving (one small container

Directions

You need to bring water to a boil and then measure out 1/4 cup water to add to a 3 ounce package of Jello flavor of your choice. Our favorite is the banana/strawberry version and it makes pink fluff.

Once the Jello is dissolved you can add the yogurt right away even while it is still warm. That will bring the temperature down quickly before you add the whipped topping. Gently incorporate whipping cream by folding it in.

That is it... you have fluff... :) Enjoy! 1/4 cup is a serving
