    2, 13 oz. cans canned chicken breast
    1, 48 oz. box of low sodium, fat-free chicken broth
    1, 12 oz package fresh mushrooms sliced thick
    1, 8 oz package Portobello mushrooms sliced thick
    1, 4 oz. package dried Shitake mushrooms
    1 tsp. Better Than Bullion, chicken flavor
    2 cups Canoe Wild Rice Medley (or other wild rice)
    1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
    8 cups water


Slice fresh mushrooms into thick slices (about 4/mushroom)
Prepare dried mushrooms according to package.
Put all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil.
Turn down heat and simmer about 2 hours.

Makes 12, 1 1/2 cup servings
