Ingredients



    * *king prawn, 200 gram(s) (remove)
    * *fresh pasta, 150 gram(s) (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 10 cherry (remove)
    * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    * *Tesco wild rocket, 100 gram(s) (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. Make sure the prawns are cooked.
Dice the pepper and tomatoes, and mix in a bowl with the prawns and rocket. Mix the dressing ingredients and set aside.
Rinse the pasta and leave to cool. Once cooled, combine with the dressing and serve.
