Ingredients

    20 oz package of ground turkey
    2 medium onions, chopped coarsley
    2 cups chopped mushrooms
    1/2 cup tomato paste (small can)
    2 cans stewed tomatoes (about 3 cups total)
    spritz of cooking spray
    2Tbs brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    102 Tbs balsamic vinegar

Directions

Spritz sauce pan with cooking spray
Over medium heat, saute ground turkey until cooked. Drain.
Add all other ingredients and simmer over low heat until veggies cooked and sauce is nice.
Serve over pasta or baked potato
