Ingredients

    6 oz tofu
    1/4 c. Mr. Kooks vegetable curry
    1 cup of broccoli
    1/2 c zucchini
    2 garlic cloves
    1/2 c onion
    1 c diced new potatoes ( delmonte)
    1 spray of PAM olive oil\
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp turmeric
    1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Makes 3 servings

Heat pan, sautee onions and garlic. Add potatoes, tofu and veggies. Sprinkle in spices. Heat over medium until veggies are cooked through
Add curry sauce and serve
