Introduction

This is super easy and very delicious! My dad got this from a lady at work years ago and has been a favorite of mine ever since. I like to pair it with white rice, but egg noddles are good too. Ingredients

    1 lbs Bonless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 cup Salsa
    1 12oz can Diet Coke
    1 cup uncooked rice (white, or by preference)

Directions

Combine salsa and Diet Coke in a 12" skillet. Add in chicken breasts. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes. Rotate chicken about half way through.

Cook rice according to package directions.

Serve chicken over rice and enjoy!
