Introduction
A yummy peanut butter cookie with bananas and oatmeal.This is based on the recipe I found here:

But it was WAY to dry to mix into cookies, so I added the mashed bananas. Not a strong banana taste, so if you really want the banana flavour you may wish to add more banana

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients
1- 1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter (peanuts only)
1/2 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Banana, Mashed - about 2 bananas
1 Egg
2 tsp Vanilla
Dry Ingredients
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 Cup Oats
Directions
Combine wet ingredients and mix well. Add in dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Refrigerate dough for 20min before scooping onto cookie sheets
I used a small cookie scoop to put them on the sheets and got approximately 45 cookies
Bake for 10-14 minutes at 375
