Introduction

I made it with beef and chicken because I had a small pkg of each left in the freezer but it can be made with just beef, chicken or pork. Maybe with seafood or salmon. I'll give that a try sometime. Ingredients

    10 oz cubed stew beef
    13 oz cubed boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 cups Green Giant California vegetables, thawed
    1 cup chopped onion
    5/8 cup frozen cranberries, thawed
    6 dried apricots, cut up
    3 tbsp each: soy sauce, ketchup and maple syrup
    1/2-1 cup water

Directions

Brown chicken and beef with onion in pan sprayed with Pam. Add thawed vegetables, apricots and cranberries. Mix together soy sauce, ketchup, maple syrup and just enough water to make a glaze. Warm through thoroughly and serve over rice.
