    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), .5 head, large (remove)
    Hard Boiled Egg, 4 large (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    *Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Croutons, seasoned, 1 cup (remove)


Directions

Put chicken in Microwave safe bowl add 2 tbs of hot sauce and 2 tbls parmesan cheese mix well and microwave for 45 sec.
