    Ingredients:
    Potato, raw, 2 cup diced
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 cup
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 4 cup
    Beef, round steak, 1 lb
    Ground Turkey, .5 unit, yield from 1 lb raw
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 8 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Bay Leaf, 2 tbsp, crumbled
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp



Directions

Dice the round steak and brown in a skillet along with the ground turkey, Place the browned meat in a stock pot add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 1 hour until all veggies are tender and flavors are through out the soup. Serve with your favorite salad or warm bread
