    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 3-ounce chicken breast
    3 cups chopped vegetables (broccoli, potato, bell pepper)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    You can use some olive oil to coat the chicken in, but I find it tastes the same without it.


Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix together garlic and cheese. Pat garlic-cheese mixture onto chicken and place on baking sheet. Toss vegetables salt and pepper and spray some Pam over them if desired, place on baking sheet. Cook for 20 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165 F and vegetables are tender.
