Introduction

Absolutely delicious salad that can be served alongside any main dish or just add saute'd chicken or prawns for a fabulous meal. The calorie calculation is for the dressing only but I have given the ingredients for the rest of the salad so you know what is in it and you can calculate your calories depending on how much you would like to eat. Ingredients

    Committee Salad Dressing
    1/2 c Olive Oil
    3 T red or white wine vinegar
    1 T lemon juice
    2 T Splenda
    3/4 t salt
    1 t dry mustard
    2 to 3 cloves garlic (crushed)

    Salad
    1 head leaf lettuce
    1 c toasted almonds
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 can mandarin orange slices (in own juice)
    1 avocado, sliced

Directions

Dressing - mix together, shake well and refrigerate until use. This makes 12 1 Tbsp servings
