Ingredients
-
1 cup of 1% Milk
4 Large eggs
10-12 pieces of whole wheat bread
3 packets of equal or splenda
1 large strawberry
Directions
Crack 4 eggs into wide bowl
Pour 1 cup of 1% milk
Add 3 packets Or 3 tsp of equal/splenda
Whisk till blended
Drop bread in mix, flip be sure both sides are wet but not saturated
Heat skillet to medium high, spray with cooking spray
Drop bread into pan.
Cook until brown on both sides. The crispier the better...but not burned.
Then comes the fun part!
Slice toast into 3 slices.
Place slices on plate in a circular shape.
Do NOT cut the leaves off of the strawberry!
Make several slices down to the leaves without cutting through. Then push them apart into a fan like shape and place in center of flower petals.
Also as a variation, you could place a ring of banana slices around the strawberry center.
Cover with syrup or whipped cream and enjoy!!!
