Ingredients

    6 tbls liquid egg whites (egg Beaters)
    1/3 Cup Baking Mix (spartan brand)
    1/2 Cup 2% milk
    Cooking Spray (5 spray of I can't believe its butter)
    3 large strawberries sliced
    .5 tbls pancake syrup

Directions

mix 1st 3 ingredients. Spray pan with cooking spray. On medium heat pour half of batter in pan and swirl to cover bottom of pan. Flip. When crepe is done remove and respray pan. Add batter and complete process.
Chop strawberries and line inside middle of one crepe. Roll and complete other crepe. Drizzle pancake syrup on rolled crepes.
