Introduction

I have not used this to make muffins with but if you can make 24 muffins it would work out to be 2 weight watcher points. I usually make this as a birthday cake, but I want to try it with the applesauce to make 2 pt muffins. Ingredients

    3 cups of flour
    2 cups of sugar
    1/2 cup of cocoa
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 cup oil or use 1 cup applesauce to make it for weight watchers
    2 cups cold water
    2 tbsp vinegar
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

mix dry ingredients together and add remaining ingredients. Spray muffin tins with Pam and fill with mixture.

Bake at 350° F
