Introduction

An easy to make, spicy alternative to hummus. Dip away! An easy to make, spicy alternative to hummus. Dip away!
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 15oz can white beans (1.75 cups)
    1 T olive oil
    4 cloves garlic (whole)
    1 T curry powder
    1 t cumin
    1 t salt

Directions

1. Drain beans and rinse. Peel garlic.
2. Place all ingredients into food processor.
3. Process until fine paste forms. Scrap down sides of bowl as necessary.

Makes seven 1/4 cup servings.
