Introduction

This is a freezer food - after baking, let cool, wrap individually in foil and freeze. To eat, remove from foil, wrap in paper towel and put one straight in the microwave (frozen) for 1-2m. Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast meat, cooked and diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 c fresh spinach, chopped and sauteed in 1 tbsp olive oil
    2 cans pillsbury pizza crust

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients *except* pizza crust together.

2. Roll out dough and cut each can of dough into 6 rectangles.

3. Top each with equal amounts chicken mixture

4. Fold over and press edges together with a fork.

5. Bake for 20m at 425 degrees on a cookie sheet.

Makes 12 hot pockets.
