Ingredients

    7 slices white bread, crusts removed
    10 eggs
    2.5 cups milk
    12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
    2 cups diced ham
    1 cup crushed corn flakes
    .5 cup butter, melted

Directions

Grease 9x13 inch pan. Cover bottom of pan with slices of bread. Beat eggs and add milk. Pour over bread. Sprinkle grated cheese and ham over the top, covering bread and egg-milk layers. Mix melted butter with crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle corn flake mixture over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
