Introduction

Note: Cumin in the ground form, also good with cilantro and sweet peppers.

1. Mix 1st 6 ingredients together.

2. In a small bowl or measuring cup combine the last 6 ingredients and stir to desolve.

3. Add liquid to veggies, stir.

4. Refrigerate and stir occasionally.

    1/2 cup Lime or Lemon juice

    1 tsp Cumin, ground
    1 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper
