Introduction

I modified this from the other versions on here to try to keep it simple. I tried different salsa's and they change the taste drastically. I like the taste of the chunky mild so I went with that. Ingredients

3 frozen/thawed skinless chicken breasts from Costco
1 can of condensed mushroom soup
1 jar of tostito's chunky mild salsa

Directions

This recipe is for 6 servings. I start with 3 frozen chicken breasts on the bigger side. and lay them in the crock pot first ( i buy the individually frozen chicken breasts from Costco). Then I spread the condensed soup over each chicken breast. Finally i use one jar of salsa and pour it over everything and set on high and cook for 4 hours. Once done, I use two forks to shred then split equally into six portions

    Very Good
I used "all natural habanero garlic" that give it some real kick! and added black beans for more body...I am no cook so I really liked this plus I put it in the oven at 400 for 2hrs....

    Very Good
I used 5 skinless chicken breasts with 1/2 pkg of taco seasoning and 16 oz of chunky salsa. The chicken turns out tasty and tender and I plan on using the sauce it made for over whole wheat spaghetti. - 3/2/12

    Very Good
This was very easy to make! I used a spicier salsa to kick the taste up a notch and added a cup of brown rice to give it some more body. Very good! - 5/23/10
