Ingredients

    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 1.5 lbs
    Heinz Worcestershire sauce, 6 tsp
    Corn Starch, .5 cup
    2 McCormick, Brown Gravy Mix Packet
    Carrots, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Potato, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    1 Onion, White Raw (1 medium or 2 small)

Directions

Place all sliced veggies into crock pot.
Place roast on top, sprinkle with 2 tsps of Worcesterhire sauce. In seperate bowl mix corn starch and brown gravy with 1/4 cup of water. Stir until well mixed- adjust water as needed for gravy thickness. Add 4 tsps of Worcestershire sauce to corn starch mixture, then pour over roast.
Cook on low setting for 8 hours.
Yields 6 servings. (1 serving includes all meat and veggies)
