Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour, .5 cup
    Olive Oil, .5 cup
    boiled crawfish, 2 cup peeled
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Water, 2 cups

Directions

Add flour and oil. Cook until dark caramel color. Add 1 cup of water, onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for a few minutes to mix everything and cook down onions and pepper. Add crawfish and water and cook for about 20 minutes. It makes about 8 servings. You can serve it over rice but I didn't calculate rice into nutritional information.
