Introduction

I wanted to use some shrimp I had and searched the databases at Spark to see what I could find. This is an adaptation of some of the recipes. I wanted to use some shrimp I had and searched the databases at Spark to see what I could find. This is an adaptation of some of the recipes.

Ingredients

    4 oz. pasta, your favourite kind, cooked to taste
    18 medium shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined
    1 plum tomato
    12 spears fresh asparagus
    1 cup fresh mushroom pieces
    2 cloves garlic
    1 onion, medium
    Seasoning to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions and set aside.

Dice vegetables (except, asparagus), cut asparagus spears in half.

Steam asparagus and saute vegetables in olive oil.

Add shrimp to vegetables. Toss in asparagus and add pasta. Mix together and serve.
