Ingredients
* Quorn, Grounds, 4 serving (remove)
* Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
* Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium (remove)
* Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
* Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)
* *Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
* Beans, red kidney, 180 grams (remove)
* Beans, black, 230 grams (remove)
* *365 Cannellini Beans, 235 gram(s) (remove)
* Canned Tomatoes, 2 can (remove)
* Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 120 grams (remove)
Directions
Chop all veggies, set aside
In a large pot, saute garlic, Quorn mince, and bell peppers
Add tomatoes, stir
Add in your beans, stir
Add in Veggies and season as you wish. I used chilli powder, pepper, garlic salt, and onion powder
Once all ingredients are in, bring to boil, and reduce to a simmer. Simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Should make 10 one cup servings, possibly just a bit over if you add water to thin.
Serve over rice. (Nutritional value not included) or with corn chips. Add a spoonful of sour cream if you like.
