Ingredients

    2 chicken breast with bone and skin
    2 cup diced celery
    1 cup chopped onion
    4 large red potatos
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tbsp rosemary
    1 tbsp oregano
    1 tbsp sweet basil
    8 cups chicken stock
    4 cups water

Directions

Add all ingredients in a large stock pot and cook for
3 to 4 hours.
