Ingredients

    1 can skinless, boneless pink salmon
    3 T. flour
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1 tsp dill weed or to taste
    1 egg white

Directions

Preheat frying pan over low heat. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spray frying pan with non-stick spray. Drop salmon mixture by spoonful into frying pan. Brown on both sides.
