Ingredients

    2 c. fresh cranberries
    2 clementines, finely chopped, including peel
    1 c. apple juice
    4 tsp. Splenda
    .25 c. chopped walnuts

    Feel free to substitute any type of orange for this recipe

Directions

Place cranberries, apple juice, and clementines in a small sauce pan. Heat to a boil, reduce heat and simmer approximately 8 minutes, or until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in 6-8 packets of Splenda (1 tsp ea.) to desired sweetness. Cool in the refridgerator until ready to serve. Sprinkle walnuts just prior to serving as a garnish.
