    1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
    2 egg whites (orig. recipe calls for 1 egg)
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 cup chocolate chips
    1 1/2 cups white flour ( lower carbs)
    1/2 cup sugar ( regular recipe calls for 1 cup sugar)
    1/4 cup splenda
    1/4 cup cocoa
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. great northern beans pureed ( reg recipe is oil)
    1 tsp. vinegar
    Divide choc mixture into 20-24 cupcake tins - then top with cream cheese mixture.


Bake 350 degrees. I don't know yet this..... is an experiment!
Just finished them and they are awesome! I put them in 5 min before the oven was warm and set the timer for 13 min. It sould still look liquedy like pudding on top. Let cool and it will set a bit. Delicious!
