Introduction

I like soup, I like chili, started throwing stuff in the pan but need to make sure it isn't too costly in terms of calories. Now I see I need low-sodium versions because this is prettydarn high in sodium. Oh well, it's a one-time recipe. Ingredients

All I did was brown some turkey that I had in the freezer and start dumping cans from my cabinet to make something I could and will eat. Too spicy for my kids. :) Wrote down everything I dumped in there.

Directions

Brown the turkey and drain if there is any fat left. Throw in slow-cooker with everything else. Season to taste.

Serving size is probably about a cup.
