Introduction

Oatmeal muffins are my favorite! I wanted to create something that was lowfat but also had more protein than a regular oatmeal muffin. In addition, there is no added sugar to the muffins. I used the no sugar added applesauce and added no additional sugar or splenda. Oatmeal muffins are my favorite! Ingredients

    1 cup old fashioned instant oats
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/8 tsp allspice
    1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
    2 scoops Jillian Michael's vanilla whey protein
    1/2 cup no sugar added summer strawberry applesauce
    1/2 cup oikos plain greek yogurt

Directions

In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
Add yogurt and applesauce.
Mix well.
Pour into muffin pan (spray with non stick cooking spray first)
Bake 25-30 minutes on 350 degrees.
