Introduction

I tried this at my favorite mexican place, I left out the white Salsa Con Queso, but this mix is great on whole wheat tortillas with lettuce, as well served over a over a bed of rice. Ingredients

    1 chicken breast
    10 oz Flank Steak
    8 oz small shrimp
    1 cup sliced white onion
    1 cup sliced red pepper
    1 cup sliced yellow pepper
    1 package taco seasoning
    1 package Success 10 miniute whole grain Rice
    Pace Mild Sauce

Directions

1. season the chicken, steak, and shrimp with the taco seasoning.
2. boil the water for the rice
3. place the rice in the water
3. grill the chicken and steak, then let rest for a few miniutes.
4. saute the peppers and onions
5. slice the chicken and steak in to thin slices.
6. grill the shrimp
7. add the chicken, steak, and shrimp to the onions and peppers.
8. server over the rice
