Ingredients

    1 cup of low fat small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 cup seedless cucumber (sliced thin)
    12 grape tomatoes (may be chopped in halves)
    1 tbsp sliced green scallions
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp chili powder

    light sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste


Directions

combine all ingredients and chill
makes 2 servings
serving size 1 cup

can add another cup of cottage cheese if you don't like it so chunky but I prefer the veggies over the cottage cheese so I like mine this way!
