This yummy recipe will make your doctor cringe, but it can’t be much worse than some name brand dressings from a bottle. This yummy recipe will make your doctor cringe, but it can’t be much worse than some name brand dressings from a bottle.

Ingredients

    3 slices bacon
    1 large egg
    1 Tbls White Distilled Vinegar
    3 Tbls Sugar
    water

Directions

Fry 3 slices of bacon in a pan, do not discard grease. In a 1-cup measuring cup (or larger if you wish), loosely scramble 1 egg. To the egg add 1 Tbls vinegar, 3 Tbls sugar, and enough water to measure 3/4 cup in total. Add egg mixture into bacon and grease on low heat until thickened (and reaches 180 degrees F). Serve warm over salad or on the side.
