Ingredients

* Tuna, Canned in Water, .5 cup, solid or chunks- DRAINED
* Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
* Apples, fresh, .25 cup, finely chopped
* Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
* Pepper, black, .14 tsp (1/8 t)
* Lemon juice, .25 tbsp (or to taste)
* Arnold Select 100% whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, 1 serving
* Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (used in recipe- 4C Homestyle)
Directions
Preheat oven to BROIL
Separate an Arnold's Sandwich Thin and place each half on a small cookie sheet, cut sides up.
In a bowl, mix tuna, celery, apple, lemon juice, pepper, and olive oil.
Spread half of mixture on each Sandwich Thin half.
Sprinkle each half with 1T parm cheese.
Broil 6" from heating unit - approx 3 min- until cheese starts to melt/ brown.
*WATCH CLOSELY. Broiling time may need to be adjusted due to differences in oven temps.
*** Try adding a variety of spices/ herbs to your sandwich. I sometimes add garlic, or a bit of basil...YUMMY!!
