Introduction

This makes a very fat taco, you may want to eat it openfaced. I may also double the taco seasoning in the future. This is a large batch, you could easily halve it, but my roommate eats alot. Ingredients

    This is per taco:
    2 oz turkey taco mix (meat and spices)
    1 Mission yellow corn tortillas extra thin
    1 tbsp diced fresh tomatoes
    10 grams diced avocado
    1 tbsp alfalfa sprouts
    1 tbsp sour cream
    1 tbsp salsa

Directions

This makes 20 tacos.
Brown turkey meat, add 4 Tbsp of Penzey's chicken taco seasoning and 1.25 C water. Let simmer for several minutes.
Dice tomatoes and avocado while prepping meat.
Heat refried beans.
Spread refried beans on tortilla shell, place meat on top, then add avocado, tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, sour cream and salsa.
