    1 pound lean ground beef, 1 cup cooked elbow noodles, and 1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes


cook noodles for 9 minutes, brown beef, pour off fat, add noodles and tomatoes to browned beef. Combine and heat through.

  • I make this often. However, I add diced onions, worstershire sauce, garlic and sometimes tomato paste. You can also added diced peppers (I don't; can't eat 'em) but it is very good with peppers. - 1/13/15
