Ingredients

    2 Cups cooked red lentils
    1 lg can crushed tomatoes
3 cans of beans (I used red, white and black)
    1 onion, chopped
1 10 oz box frozen kale
    3 Tbsp. Chili powder
    3 Tbsp. Cumin
    1 Tbsp. Red Pepper
    1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
    6 cups water

Directions

Rinse lentils and simmer in 6 cups of water for 15 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Add the remainder of ingredients along with 2 cups of water. Simmer for 30 minutes. Can also cook in the crockpot on low for 8 - 10 hours. Add extra water if it's too thick. Makes 10 servings.
